WachMe Customer Policy
Shipping details:Free shipping throughout India. Product shall be shipped in the welcome box using standard couriers. It shall ship with WachMe, 1 Waist strap,1 Wrist strap. Per your selection waist/wrist strap shall be installed by default with WachMe.
Cancellation Policy:You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Refund details:In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not work as advertised, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. If there is any technical flaw (unlikely as the product has been very well tested) then we will try our best to fix it. We may even give a gift coupon for your troubles. If you are unsatisfied because of unsurmountable technical glitch with any feature then we shall refund the entire amount to you or give you cashback if you want to keep the product to use the other features. Accidental damages are not covered under the refund policy.
Warranty details: WachMe has a warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase.
